Flashers® brand pipe flashing
Jackman Industries is the only US Manufacturer of metal roof pipe flashings. Our Flashers® brand pipe boot is a rubber cone with an aluminum base that creates a water tight seal specifically for pipe penetrations on metal roofing and siding. The rubber cone is clearly marked to help make on-site sizing simple. The aluminum base easily forms to any roofing profile.
Flashers® flexible rubber won’t crack and allows for expansion, contraction, and pipe vibration. The heavy rubber fold at the base allows them to fit any metal roof profile.
Sizing
Flashers® come in nine different sizes for pipes ranging from 1/4″ to 19″ in diameter. They are available in Standard Black & Grey EPDM, Colored EPDM or Silicone for high-temperature applications. Using Flashers® makes installation a breeze on any profile of metal roofing.
Pipe size and temperature should be considered to order the proper Flasher for your job.
Note: On a deeply corrugated surface or on a steeply pitched roof, use the largest size Flashers® available for optimum flange flexibility.
Colors
Flashers® are available in the color most requested: Invisible. We offer eight aesthetically pleasing colors that blend into most standard panel colors. Also available in High-Temp Silicone. Let’s face it though; silicone serves a purpose, and it’s not to be pretty. We’ve thought it through, and have a solution for you: Now available in High-Temp Grey Silicone!
